Pablo Theodoros
A love for wine led Pablo to working in fine wine retail, starting as delivery driver and ultimately to general manager of prestigious East End Cellars in Adelaide CBD. As the owner/publican at the Stanley Bridge Tavern in 2016 and the co-owner of Mothervine Wine Bar in Adelaide, being involved in all businesses afforded Pablo a global perspective of wines with a focus on the Adelaide Hills.
A scholar of the prestigious Len Evans tutorial, Pablo has judged at many wine shows across Australia. In recent years he held the role as the general manager of beverage for Duxton Pubs Group and more recently leads some of the renowned venues of the group.
