Change of auditor
Duxton Pubs Ltd retendered its external audit as part of the next stage in its growth strategy. This also coincides with the change in accounting policy to a full consolidation, including the results from Duxton Pubs’ subsidiaries and joint ventures. Ernst and Young were the successful audit firm for Duxton Pubs Ltd external audits from the year ended 30 June 2024, with the incumbent, PricewaterhouseCoopers, tendering their resignation on the 24th of July 2024.
